After a complaint is received, an informative e-mail is sent to the customer notifying
that their grievance has been registered in the system. When each concern is handled
and duly noted in the system, a three-question survey is sent to the client to evaluate
their satisfaction in relation to how their complaint was handled. If a negative reply
is received, the complaint is then reevaluated.
Following the implementation of the Voice of Customer procedures, it was determined
that Borusan Lojistik successfully increased its customer satisfaction and loyalty
