In order to properly research its customer’s needs and find solutions that meet
demands in every one of its product segments, Borusan Güç Sistemleri initiated
proactive field studies and called upon 1,500 customers since 2003.

An employee suggestion system was developed and more than 100 suggestions
were collected throughout the year. The implementation ratio of these suggestions
increased to 62%.

The expectations and demands of customers collected through surveys and research
studies were evaluated with project teams before their business processes were
developed. By carefully developing its complaint management process both the
speed of reaching a resolution, as well as the quality of the response, have been
increased.

As a result of its increased customer focus and attempts to meet each client’s needs,
the customer satisfaction and loyalty index rating of the Company has continued to
rise, thereby passing the national average.

Provides electrical power generation solutions and services for business centers, shopping malls, hotels, airports, hospitals, universities, and large residential developments, as well as for textile, steel, chemical, pharmaceutical, ceramic, forestry, automotive, food, and plastic companies.
In marine engines applications, systems are offered for builders of tugboats,
mega-yachts, cargo ships and sea buses.
