In the beginning of 2008 partnership established with Manheim in second hand car
business
By the help of the rapid actions taken in response to the customer feedbacks, online
monthly sales at Otomax involving B2B online auction system increased by 100%
during 2007.
The ideas generated from customers; like consumers, dealers and advertisers who
have relatively different needs and perspectives, are utilized to improve the business
processes of the Otomax Magazine which paid off by 137% increase in its net income.
From the beginning of the Voice of Customer activities in 2005, more than 1,500
customer visits have been accomplished with the participation of 35% of the
employees.
Since the initiation of the VOC project, results obtained from 10 different proactive
research studies have led to the development of eight Six Sigma projects. As a result
of these proactive research studies and feedbacks received from the customers, a
43% improvement in Auction Certified Inspection complaints has obtained during
the 2006-2007 period.
