By scoring 82 points on the customer loyalty index during the course of 2007, Supsan
has managed to remain above European and global industry sector averages.

Following in the footsteps of the Voice of Customer scheme, 17 different Six Sigma
projects were completed in the past three years. Currently, another two projects are
in the process of implementation with customers.

By listening to the voices of the customers through its dealership channels, the
Company has been able to attain a deeper understanding of the market. Business
processes are continuously being evaluated by listening to the feedback of 1,500
different retailers, services and reconditioners.

Through two separate Six Sigma schemes during the course of 2007, both of which
were related to new OEM projects, Supsan was able to meet the expectations of
its customers and gained the ability to begin mass production.

Supsan realized increase in 2007 in both sales and production by 9% and 12% respectively







9% increase in sales volume in 2007 mainly derived from increase in export market







67% of total turnover was realized through the export markets.
