A sales growth of 33% in the Automotive Group car

At
Borusan Otomotiv and Borusan Oto, 45 employees have
currently taken on active
roles in the Voice of Customer and Customer Complaint
Management processes.
About 400,000 customers interactions are evaluated
each year. Approximately 62%
of these contacts were made by telephone. Overall,
89% were initiated by
Borusan Oto, while 11% came from customer. The data
of more than 190,000 active
and potential customers, which are registered in the
database, is updated
systematically.
Up
to date, the implementation of 18 different Six Sigma
projects has led to considerable
improvements in the processes of new and used car
sales, aftersales services,
alternative payment and financing opportunities, mobility
and customer relation
management.
At
the beginning of 2007, Land Rover set a global audit
score target of 60 point for
process of listening the voice of customer and preparing
an action plan to respond
to all these suggestions and needs and then implementing
all solutions within the
network. As a consequence of this program, all dealerships
scored good marks
during the most recent audit, with Borusan Oto ‹stinye
(scoring 86%), Borusan Oto
Avc›lar (82%) and Borusan Oto Ankara (79%)
leading the way.
The
new online communication portal www.sizinicindegisiyoruz.com
was set up in
2007 for motorcycle customers to get in direct contact
with the BMW Motorcycle
Brand Management to express complaints, satisfaction,
expectations and suggestions.
A
web-based personal information platform will go online
for all customers of Borusan
Otomotiv and Borusan Oto by June of 2008.

Brands
Borusan Oto became the exclusive distributor of BMW in Turkey in 1984.
Borusan Oto became the distributor of BMW Motorcyle in Turkey in 1985.
Expanded its portfolio with the addition of the sales and after-sales services of Land
Rover in 1998 and MINI in 2001.
Products and Services
Borusan Otomotiv’s product and service range consists of new and used cars, 4x4
vehicles, motorcycles, parts and service, as well as long term car rentals and special
sales including diplomatic sales and fleet sales.
Dealership Network
Presently 12 dealers located across the seven main geographic regions of Turkey
Provides sales and after-sales services for its products, in addition to 21 privately-owned
authorized services for consumers
Functioning as a Borusan Otomotiv dealer, Borusan Oto has branches in Avcılar and
İstinye in İstanbul, in Esenboğa, Çankaya and Birlik in Ankara, and one each in
